• In case of return, customers will bear all shipping & logistics costs.
  • Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • No returns & exchange on international deliveries. In unique or exceptional cases where our quality team will approve for international exchange, then customer will have to bear the shipping & logistic charges.
  • The buyer has to escalate the exchange or any other matter within 7 days of receiving of order.
  • If the product is sold unstiched, then same condition has to be there while returning.
  • Only unused product will be entertained for return.
  • Kindly make a 360° video of product receiving & while opening of your parcel.
  • If the parcel is not in good condition or in torn condition, please do not receive.
  • Without video if any missing product, different product, torn product kind of reason is found for exchange then it will not be entertained.
  • Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources and mobile settings.
  • Return will be initiated in 7 working days.
